Our Strata Committee worked with Prembuild Group to undertake remediation of outdoor balcony waterproofing, door/window replacements and an extended scope to address additional issues identified during these works. Prembuild did an excellent job from start to finish. Excellent quality work including maintaining a clean and orderly work site and bringing a positive and respectful vibe to the work site. Clear commitment to over-achieving from the start, with every option taken to accelerate and conclude the works as promised despite significant rain events.
